• If you are in the area OR AS SOON as you step in Santiago de Veraguas, Rep. of Panama, starting from Centro Los Tucanes or Centro El Piramidal on the Interamericana north of th Interamericana, at the overpass onto the road that leads to San Francisco and Santa Fe. (If you are starting from the main Santiago bus terminal, you are already on this road, just head north), then:
• You will see a gas station, turn right there, one block down, make an immediate left,
• TheUniversity of Panama branch should be on the left,  Santiago de Veraguas, and Instituto Urraca on the right , go three blocks, you will see the University Chapel, turn right,
• Count five blocks down, to your right you will see a tall white house with a fece with green stripes, you can`t miss it. 
• For the ones on foot; it is about 2 kms from Centro Los Tucanes, and 2.5 kms. from Centro Piramidal. 

If you come from San José. Costa Rica to David, Panamá, puedes tomar various buses to David, tal como Tica bus, Panaline, Tracopa bus terminal (about $12.50), it leaves from San José direct to David, Panama. Sometimes you can come in the same bus or then at David bus terminal, take bus to Santiago (about $7.50). You arrive in Santiago approximately in 3 hrs. From David to Santiago175 kms.
Buses from Paso Canoas and David leave every two hour towards Panama and stop in Santiago at the Piramidal along the Interamericana highway. From the Piramidal or the other terminal.

Note:
You need to pay $5.00 for tourist card in the border, make sure to have a return ticket.

If you are in the airport of Panama city, take a taxi or bus going to Albrook terminal, where buses for Santiago leave every half hour (Expreso Veraguense and Sanpasa for $7.00). This buses stop at the Santiago bus terminal and take about three hours. From Panama city to Santiago 249 kms.

From any terminal of Santiago (Piramidal, Tucanes or city terminal) you take a taxi cab to hostal, show the map provided. You pay approximately $1.40 or a litle more if you have a lot things with you, and you are here!!!
